The Harvest Center is about food, renewable energy and education. In this video Lee Willoughby demonstrates how easy it is to build a planter box from inexpensive cedar fence lumber and deck screws. The greens grown in these boxes provided Lee and Kathy a steady supply of spinach, arugula, and lettuce the Summer of 2008 in the mountain town of Woodland Park, CO.
