The Harvest Center conducted a study of greenhouse designs and sources in 2008 for a product our requirements for year round growing at 8600 ft altitude. This narrated slideshow reports the results including terminology, design principles, and commercially available greenhouse kits. Our decision to buy the dome greenhouse from Growing Spaces in Pagosa Springs proved to be a wise choice. We have been able to produce veggies year round without use of fossil fuel sources of energy.
